How does Proposal Portal generate your leads?
We generate our leads primarily through web based marketing campaigns across our network of industry specific websites. We primarily use search engine optimization, pay per click and banner advertising that target companies that are requesting proposals for a specific product or service. Through our RFP quote process we generate hundreds of qualified B2B leads that forward detailed information regarding the product they are currently shopping. We proactively gather the most important information from the leads to forward to our Lead Partners so that they are fully prepared before contacting each lead.

Why a lead buyer should choose Proposal Portal?
The main reason a lead buyer should chose Proposal Portal is the fact that every lead that we generate comes from business owners that are actively buying a particular product or service. When someone fills out one of our online forms they are told that they will be contacted by someone regarding the service that they requested. We also proactively collect valuable data from the business owners through our qualification process that is industry specific for each Lead Partner. Rather than just getting companies contact info, we ask the potential buyers additional questions about exactly what product or service they are shopping. What does a Proposal Portal Lead look like?

How will I get the leads?
The leads will be delivered to up to two designated email addresses.  The referral information will also be stored in a secure online database, Partner Portal, for you to access & manage anytime. 

When can I expect to get my first lead?
Once we receive the completed paperwork from a Lead Partner we will setup their account within 24 hours. Once a Partner is setup in our system, when a consumer in your area requests a quote in your subscription area, the information will be sent to your email address within seconds in your requested format. 

How many agents receive the same referral?
In our RFP Quote process each referral may be sent to 5 other Lead Partners. On average, however, each referral is sent to only 3 Partners as all geographic area are not 100% completely sold out.

When will I be charged for my leads?
During setup your preferred billing method will be charged a deposit equal to your Monthly Lead Cap times your Monthly Lead Price. You will then be charged for the previous months lead balance by the 5th of the following month and will receive a monthly statement before any charges are processed.

What constitutes an invalid lead?
A lead is considered invalid if the lead (a) Bogus Name; (b) Disconnected Phone Number; (c) Lead claims they did not fill out request form.

How soon will my account be credited after submitting a lead recall of an invalid lead?
The lead recall requests are reviewed on a weekly basis, and once approved will immediately be reflected as a refund on your account. 

How many referrals can I expect in a month? Can you guarantee a minimum number?
We cannot guarantee a minimum because the number will change from month to month depending on how many people request a quote in your area. You will only be charged for the leads that match your criteria and are delivered as opposed to the amount of leads you originally requested. 

Can I limit the number of referrals I receive in a month?
Yes. You can place a maximum for the number of referrals you wish to receive which guarantees that we will not send you more than you requested. You may also designate a maximum daily number of leads you wish to receive, which ensures you are not bombarded with all your leads in only 1 day.

What is the Partner Portal?
Partner Portal is an online lead management system included for FREE with your Proposal Portal lead account. Now Lead Partners can save hours of time searching through files, faxes and emails looking for their leads and contacts by managing all leads from one online source.
